Create one or more resource databases with SMTP addresses for efficient resource migration.
Establish suitable mail-in databases or individuals with databases for the seamless migration of public folders.
Grant MigrationEngine server access to databases earmarked for migration.
Confirm the Server ID includes a corresponding Secret Encryption Key, configuring authentication data through "Saving credentials once" during setup.
