A submission form for submitting your documents can be found at the end of each job description. Please enter your details and upload your documents there. Do I need a cover letter?
A cover letter is not a mandatory requirement for us, but it can be a valuable addition to your CV. Especially if you have little professional experience, an authentic cover letter can add a personal touch to your application. We are curious to know what excites you about BCC, why you are applying for the position and how your previous experience will help you fill the role.
Can I send an unsolicited application?
Of course! You can apply at any time by sending an email to bewerbungen@bcc.de. Please send us your relevant documents (CV and transcripts if applicable) and let us know which area of work you are interested in.
Who can I contact in case of any questions?
Our HR team will be happy to answer any questions you may have about the position and the application process. You will find the contact details of the responsible contact person at the end of the respective job advertisement.
How does the application process work?
You will a receive confirmation shortly after we receive your application. We will pre-select suitable candidates and invite you to an initial interview via MS Teams. We will send you the relevant link. In this interview, we would like to get to know you better - your personality, skills and qualifications. Of course, you will also have the opportunity to ask questions about the advertised position. We will then reflect on the interview results and get back to you within 1-2 weeks.
How does the further application process look like?
After a successful initial interview, we will invite you to another personal interview, preferably on site. In this interview, you will gain more in-depth insights into your role and have the opportunity to speak to members of your potential team. It is often the case that the second interview will be conducted by a manager from your potential team. Depending on the position, more technical questions may also arise.
What happens to my data?
Once your data has been submitted, it will be stored in our application database. As soon as the application process is completed, this data will be deleted within the next 6 months. You can find more detailed information on this in our privacy policy.
How do you dress – is there a dress code?
We do not have a set dress code, but we dress casually and in an appropriate office style. For external appointments, we assume that the dress code matches the occasion, which can be business casual or a suit.
