  • Archive: Move the object to an archive for long-term storage.
  • Delete: Permanently remove the object.

Send alerts via email and Teams to owners, members, or designated individuals when an object is approaching its expiry date or has already expired.

3. Scheduled Execution

Automated Archiving

Automatically archive objects based on inactivity for a specified period or on other custom metadata filters for systematic organisation.

Future Requests

Allow users to submit requests for that need to be executed at a later date to ensure timely and organized implementation.
