The sovereign cloud platform is built on Microsoft technologies. With BCC MigrationEngine and BCC Affirmatic, BCC helps organizations securely migrate existing Microsoft environments to Delos Cloud while ensuring ongoing governance of data, access rights, and permissions.
Digital Sovereignty Must Prove Itself in Daily Operations
The Bitkom Cloud Report 2026 highlights the urgency of the issue: 85 percent of organizations consider Germany to be overly dependent on U.S.-based cloud providers. For public sector organizations and highly regulated industries, cloud offerings that combine technological innovation with verifiable digital sovereignty are becoming increasingly important.
Delos Cloud provides a sovereign technological and operational foundation built on Microsoft technologies, hosted in German data centers, governed by German law, and operated by security-cleared German personnel.
BCC extends this foundation throughout the entire customer journey. First, BCC MigrationEngine securely transfers mailboxes, data, permissions, and metadata from Microsoft 365, Microsoft Exchange, or HCL Domino environments into Delos Cloud. Subsequently, BCC Affirmatic automates the lifecycle management of Microsoft Teams, Groups, and SharePoint sites, manages guest access and permissions, and provides full transparency and traceability of governance processes.
The solution integrates with Microsoft Purview and Microsoft Entra ID. To meet different data sovereignty requirements, Affirmatic can be deployed as a SaaS solution, in a private cloud, or on-premises in an organization's own data center.
BCC brings extensive migration and governance expertise to the partnership. With BCC MigrationEngine, the company has already migrated several hundred thousand mailboxes. Meet BCC at Smart Country Convention
