BCC acquires nubit. GmbH and strengthens its position in the Microsoft 365 market

Eschborn, 03 December 2025 – BCC Unternehmensberatung GmbH has acquired nubit. GmbH, further expanding its position as one of the leading German solution providers in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. The acquisition broadens the BCC Group’s service portfolio across cloud migration, Microsoft 365 governance, security, and adoption.

In recent years, nubit. GmbH has supported numerous organizations in building and enhancing their Microsoft 365 environments. Its focus on adoption, change management, and automation using the Power Automate platform ideally complements BCC’s existing portfolio.
