Remote Support

If you are invited to a remote support session by a BCC support person, a connection to your PC will be set up. Please click the button below and confirm the application to start (on Windows). Details for Remote Support for Mac

1. Supports Mac OS X 10.4 (incl. Mountain ) and higher.

2. The BCC QuickSupport package (ZIP) contains all parts of the software required, no further components need to be downloaded. First, you need to double click the program icon on your desktop. After unpacking, a new folder appears on your desktop. Double clicking this folder starts the installation. In case, it does not happen, please place this folder into the “Programs” folder. You can see this folder in the favorites within the side bar of the finder window. If not, please open a new window and use the key combination “cmd” – “shift” – “A”.
