For the last four months we’ve been featuring some members of the BCC team. This has been the best way to help our friends and customers get to know us a little bit better. If you’ve missed any of our individual articles, here’s a roundup:

What do you do at BCC?
I’m part of the Customer Support Services (CSS) Team. I try my best to support our customers to realise their demands, particularly in their MailProtect environments.
Before I started at BCC, I worked as a Domino Administrator at an International bank and was responsible for the German E-Mail and application environment, so I am well aware of how it feels to be on the customer side and to have the pressure to keep everything up and running.

What do you do at BCC?
I'm a member of the Software Development team
What would you sing at Karaoke night?
That's easy, nothing because I wouldn't go.
What would you want as your superhero power?
Same powers as the mother in the Incredibles. Her ability to manage multiple kids at a time is awesome.

What do you do at BCC?
I am a Senior Consultant working with IBM Connections, Sametime and the IBM Cloud Services. I am also a writer of documentation and I enjoy it.
What would you sing at Karaoke night?
Tainted Love - Soft Cell - sung at many a Kimonos at Lotusphere / Connect usually in a duet with Darren Duke. I do love a bit of Karaoke - my other song is Kryptonite by 3 Doors Down - I do like a good sing-a-long especially when driving in the car.

What do you do at BCC?
I work as a Senior Consultant and as a Product Manager for the COMM Solutions branch. As a senior consultant I work closely with the customers, often together with other consulting colleagues, colleagues from the development and support teams – so my work is fun.
Besides my consulting tasks concerning communication/messaging/email, I also help in the training of new staff.
What would you want as your superhero power?
Teleportation.
